When you're ready to move forward, the next step is securing your place in our production schedule. A build deposit locks in your dedicated build spot and confirms your project within our manufacturing timeline. This commitment allows our team to allocate resources, finalize scheduling, and begin preparing your custom tiny home or modular home for production.
This phase defines the full scope and design of your tiny home or modular home project. From finalizing your model selection to confirming key layout, finish, and feature decisions, we refine the details that bring your vision into focus. A design development fee ranging from $5,000 to $10,000+ depending on project complexity is collected at this stage. This investment allows our team to dedicate the time, expertise, and technical planning required to move your project confidently toward production.
At this stage, we review your finalized design alongside your property requirements to ensure your site is fully prepared for delivery and installation. This includes evaluating zoning considerations, foundation or pad specifications, utility connections, crane access, transportation logistics, and overall site readiness. When required, we conduct an on-site assessment to review access, grading, services, and installation conditions, ensuring a smooth, efficient setup of your tiny home or modular home with no surprises.
With your design finalized, we move into detailed blueprint and technical plan development. Our team produces the architectural drawings, construction schematics, and build specifications required to execute your tiny home or modular home project with precision. If structural engineering is required, we coordinate directly with our engineering partners to review and certify the plans, ensuring full compliance with applicable building codes, CSA standards, and site-specific requirements before production begins.
With plans approved, we formalize your sales agreement, clearly outlining progress payment schedules, construction timelines, scope of work, and project expectations. This ensures transparency and alignment before production begins. Then construction starts. Your tiny home or modular home is built in our controlled manufacturing environment with disciplined quality control and code compliance at every stage. Throughout the build, we provide regular progress updates, including photos and video walkthroughs, so you can confidently watch your home come to life.
Once construction is complete, we schedule a comprehensive final walkthrough to present your finished tiny home or modular home. During this orientation, we review workmanship, demonstrate key systems and features, and ensure every detail meets our quality standards and your expectations.
