As demand grew, so did our vision. What started as a specialized manufacturing operation evolved into a full service modern construction company. Delivering modular homes, custom builds, renovations, and development projects across British Columbia.
Today, Summit Building Co. operates as a vertically integrated construction platform, combining design, manufacturing, and a curated trade collective under one unified standard.
What began as a passion for building high end, compact dwellings has grown into a full service design, build, and renovation company. Proudly offering our expertise to full-scale residential projects throughout the Vernon area.
